We hope you love everything you order; however, we do not accept returns for items intended for consumption. If a food product is ordered by mistake, Fenwick Farms Food cannot give credit or replace it free of charge.
We can and will replace any product that arrives damaged, provided we are notified immediately.
For non-perishable items purchased on fenwickfarmsfoods.com, returns/exchanges will be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. The returns must be in its original packaging, unused (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Along with the returned item(s), include your name, email address, and order number. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping charges.
